KRISHNASHOT TUM BLAST TYPE MACHINE is a simple and fully automatic airless shot blasting machine for small size and medium size components. It is carrying a Motorized Tumbler made from endless belt with the blasting chamber which is going to carry all the components in itself. It is basically used for cleaning & shot peening of the components in the bunch of quantities at a time. The endless belt will be perforated; therefore the abrasives media can pass through it very easily. It is available in three standard sizes, and apart from that we can customize that also according to the customer’s requirement.

Optional Accessories: - We have the wide range in the dust collector as the options according to desires of customers like Pulse Jet/ Pleated Bag/ Cartridge Filter. The range of Swing Table Shot Blasting Machine is made in such a way that it suits to small to big foundries. These machines can be supplied in one / two doors with a table. 1. KRISHNASHOT BELT CONVEYOR TYPE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE is the type of Airless/Automatic Shot Blasting Machine in which a straight conveyor would run continues. A cabinet is also there in which blasting would have occurred with the help of blasting wheels. Basically, this machine is recently designed and successfully installed for the jobs of pavers, cement bricks, tiles, and stones. This type of machine is used to bring the roughness and aesthetic look on the pavers after installing it on the roadside floor and room flooring.

In this type of machine job used to go in the cabinet by one side, where blasting wheel is placed, when the job goes into the cabinet, the shots (balls) from the wheels falls on the surface of the pavers and make it rough (the desired roughness), after blasting it will come out from the other side (exit) from the cabinet.

Two standard sizes are there for Belt Conveyor Type Shot Blasting Machine depends on the width of a conveyor belt.
