a) Pressure Blasting Principle is based on Direct and High pressure, which is usually used for high productivity & for the hard metals made from ferrous or nonferrous materials. It is mostly recommended for fast cleaning, for removal of heavy rust and corrosion.
A pressure vessel is directly bolted below of the cabinet, which has the automatic arrangement of refilling of abrasive. Suitable rating of Dust Collector is also attached with the appropriate filters for the collection of extra dust and smoke from the cabinet.

a) Wet Blasting is also based on the principle of Induction Suction. The important point is that it has the capability to work with very fine particles of abrasives as much as less than 5 microns. Generally in this method abrasives would be mixed with water and settle down in the liquid and has been used as the slurry. In the Wet Blasting Machine, the slurry is used for a complete operation which is made from water and abrasive media. This slurry is pumped with the high pressure from the mouth of the nozzle. The quantity of slurry can be controlled by a valve which is placed inside the blasting chamber. This operation is dust free, basically, this process is used for descaling, degreasing, and cleaning of smooth and delicate components.
